Delete your Parnaso account
From the app (immediate): open Parnaso › Account › Delete my account and confirm with your password.
Without the app: write to privacidad@parnaso.app from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and its data and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account (email and sign-in) and all exercises saved in the cloud are deleted immediately. Our provider’s backups are deleted in their normal cycle, within at most 180 days.
What is kept
Complaints Book forms are kept for two (2) years, as required by Peruvian law. What you did without an account stays only on your phone; you can erase it by uninstalling the app.
